Private Health Insurance
Most Australian Private Health Insurance give a rebate for visits to Dietitians (APDs), dependent on your level of health cover. You may be eligible to get a rebate depending on your policy and level of cover. Please check with your insurer directly and this varies for individuals.
We will issue a receipt via email for you to claim rebates manually.
Medicare
Medicare provides rebates for visits (up to 5 times per calendar year) to APDs treating chronic health conditions (such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes and cancer) under a care plan coordinated by your GP. Speak to your GP about this scheme (Item number. 10954) and whether it is right for you.
