This 500 kcal meal is perfect for you if you want to have a happy skin and lose fat at the same time!

Ingredients (for 2 people):

2 barramundi (~300g)

100g dried green lentil (option: canned lentil)

1 tomato

~150g spinach & kale mix

Balsamic vinegar

Salt

Pepper

Garlic & herbs seasoning

Instruction: 

  1. In a deep pan, boil water & dried green lentil for around 20-25 minutes. Optional: add 1/2 cube of low salt vegetable stock 
    *lentil: water = 1:3
  2. Put barramundi into air-fryer. Season with salt, pepper, garlic & herbs seasoning (180 degree for ~10-12 minutes and then 200 degree for 5 minutes)
  3. Roughly chop tomato, kale and spinach. Drizzle a bit of 99.9% fat free balsamic vinegar. Serve aside.
  4. When lentil, barramundi are done. Serve on a plate and enjoy!
