Let’s try this easy kimchi fried rice recipe!

Ingredients:
• 1 cucumber
• 1 glove garlic
• Spring onion
• 1/2 can luncheon meat
• 1 carrot 
• 1 tbsp soybean paste
• cooked Rice
• Salad (baby spinach)
• Pork floss (optional)
• 1tsp olive oil
• 1tsp sesame oil


Instruction
1. Heat olive oil in a pan medium heat
2. Sauté garlic, luncheons and veggies until soft and cooked through
3. Add the chilled rice, kimchi and soybean paste 
4. Stir to combine the veggies and rice for ~3 mins
5. Remove pan from heat and stir in spring onions and baby spinach 
6. Top with a little bit pork floss (optional)
7. Serve!
