Acne Safe Recipe #2
- 130g Skinless salmon
- 80g Soba noodle
- Salad (at least 1cup)
- 1/2 Cup Carrot
- Pickled ginger
- Sesame seed
- 2tbsp Soy sauce
- 1tbsp Sesame oil
- Salt & pepper
- 1/2 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Marinate salmon using 1tbsp soy sauce, salt, pepper and 1/2tbsp honey
- Heat 1tbsp EVOO over medium heat. Add garlic and salmon, turning, until just cooked.
- Cut salmon into small pieces. Set aside to rest.
- Boil soba noodle in 2 minutes. Add 1tbsp soy sauce and 1tbsp sesame oil. Stir well.
- Add salad & carrot, salmon, pickled ginger and sesame seed (optional)
