Acne Safe Recipe #2

Ingredients:

  • 130g Skinless salmon
  • 80g Soba noodle
  • Salad (at least 1cup)
  • 1/2 Cup Carrot 
  • Pickled ginger 
  • Sesame seed
  • 2tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1tbsp Sesame oil
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp Honey
  • Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Instruction:

  1. Marinate salmon using 1tbsp soy sauce, salt, pepper and 1/2tbsp honey
  2. Heat 1tbsp EVOO over medium heat. Add garlic and salmon, turning, until just cooked.
  3. Cut salmon into small pieces. Set aside to rest.
  4. Boil soba noodle in 2 minutes. Add 1tbsp soy sauce and 1tbsp sesame oil. Stir well.
  5. Add salad & carrot, salmon, pickled ginger and sesame seed (optional)
  6. Enjoy!
