Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup soy milk (or other plant based milk)
  • 1 Cup frozen cauliflower
  • 1/2 Cup frozen strawberry
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • Maple syrup (optional)

Instruction: 

  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. 
  2. Enjoy!
